A badmin is an admin who abuses their powers. The world itself is conjunction of Bad and Admin. Examples are kicking or banning players for no, or a very stupid reason. If you come across one, you are advised to just LEAVE. The server is probably run bad, anyway. Usually, a badmin is stated as an opinion of said user being abused.
